Share OpinionsThe remaining questions are open-ended questions where the Board members can freely share their opinion on the CEO's overall performance.
ResultsThe result of the survey is a high-value, written report that gives the Board the opportunity to assess the CEO's performance, examine compliance and assay critical CEO functions.
ReportThe report is presented to the Board and shared with a designated representative of the Board.
